  • John Wells 'Moving On'

<br /> Some disappointing news this week from <strong>John Wells</strong>. He'll be leaving his current job to take up a post in the US 'quite soon' and will not be available to referee BRFU matches for a while.<br /> <br /> John, who has only been with us for a few short years has made his presence felt in almost every aspect of the game, both as a referee and as assistant coach to the <strong>Bahamas National XV </strong>and played a big part in our recent RWC successes.<br /> <a href="http://www.rugbybahamas.com/images/jw2.JPG"><img src="http://www.rugbybahamas.com/images/jw2.JPG" align="" hspace="10" vspace="10" width="390" height="235" alt="" /></a> <div align="center"><em><font color="#FF0000"><strong>John congratulates a fellow Canadian Referee on keeping up the tradition of 'Missing a good game'.</strong></font></em></div><br /> However, he's pointed out that he'll only be 'up the road', in Key West and will be available to ref as many games as he can.<br /> <br /> <font color="#0000CC"><strong>All the Best, John and good luck for the future.</strong></font><br /> <div align="center"><img src="http://www.rugbybahamas.com/images/jw1.JPG" align="" hspace="10" vspace="10" width="306" height="219" alt="" /></div> <div align="center"><font color="#FF0000"><strong>In a picture they'll both later regret, John gets a warm hug from National Team head coach, Stephen Thompson</strong></font> - This picture has nothing to do with rugby.</div><br />
